Léo Farm Association, located 55 km south of Yaoundé Cameroon
For our future humanitarian mission in Cameroon, we are looking for:
Professionals of Renewable Energies (Solar, Water)
Pro and DIYers with knowledge in the building and techniques (Superadobe Earthship)
People who simply want to participate in a humanitarian mission.
On this project, volunteers work on a 5-hectare farm in the village of Nkoumadjap. This farm is just at the beginning of construction.
During their mission, the volunteers are housed free in the family in the village, to live fully the daily life as the local families live, however if you prefer, you can be accommodated at your expense (15 € night) in an inn in Mbalmayo la small town located 15 km from the village, you will have 20 minutes taxi in the morning to get to the village and 20 minutes in the evening.
Duration: 3 to 12 weeks / The ideal being 3 weeks of construction and a week of touristic places of Cameroon.
Commitment about 6/7 hours a day / about 5/6 days a week

Proposed activity in the evening and weekend visit of the region
This project is accessible - No professional qualifications are required and everyone can participate in the mission provided that the volunteer is motivated and that he or she is at least 18 years old. The volunteer travels (Return and Return) but the Leo Farm is willing to advise the best reliable and less expensive companies. A visa for Cameroon is mandatory as well as some vaccines.
- At the end of the activity, the volunteers will receive certificates of participation, and will present their impressions on the overall course of activities and will also make proposals for future activities.
